Your area of responsibility:
Precision from raw part to finish: Independent manufacturing: You produce individual parts and small batches according to drawings and 3D data.
Programming and setup: You will independently program, set up, and operate our CNC deep drilling and milling centres (Siemens and Heidenhain) – both directly on the control and via CAM system.
Process Optimisation: You monitor the parameters, actively intervene in the process (quality and lead time), and operate multiple machines in parallel.
Quality Assurance You check dimensional accuracy with common measuring instruments and document the results according to customer requirements.
Tool management You provide tools and resharpen single-lip tools independently.
This is what you bring:
Technical understanding and a hands-on mentality
Qualification Completed training as a cutting mechanic, turner, miller or a comparable metal trade.
Experience Several years of experience in CNC programming and a steady hand with cutting parameters for a wide variety of materials.
Working method: You work independently, are solution-oriented and a team player.
Flexibility A willingness to work a two-shift system is required.
