For complex drilling geometries and manufacturing preparation on our deep drilling centres, we use state-of-the-art CAM systems.
Supported formats: We preferably process the neutral interfaces STEP and IGES.
Features and threads: Component features like threads, which are often not included in the volume model, are reliably manufactured by us based on core hole diameters or according to our standardised colour chart.
Advantage The direct import of your 3D models minimises transmission errors and ensures maximum planning certainty.
Even though the world is increasingly becoming three-dimensional, the 2D drawing is often still the legal basis for tolerances and surface specifications.
Format We process DXF, DWG, PDF, TIFF and common image formats such as JPEG.
Recommendation: Due to version differences in CAD programs, we recommend the PDF and TIFF formats for clear representation.
Plotting: We have the capacity to plot your drawings in formats A4 to A0 (both black and white and colour) on-site.
